PRIVACY POLICY
LLC "MaydonTech" (Maydon)
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to information that LLC
"Maydon Tech" (Maydon) may receive about a licensee who has accepted the license
agreement-offer (hereinafter referred to as the "User") while using the Maydon service in the
form of a mobile and web application, as well as any other programs, products, or services
of LLC "Maydon Tech" (hereinafter referred to as "Maydon Services").
The Policy applies only to the Maydon Service and does not control or bear responsibility for
third-party sites/services to which the User may navigate via links available from the Maydon
Service, including for information about the User processed by third parties.
All terms and definitions not specified and used in the text of the Policy are provided in other
agreements/contracts, the subject of which is the procedure for providing and using the
Maydon Service by the User.
Using the Maydon Service means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the
terms of processing their personal information specified herein; if the User disagrees with
these terms, they must refrain from using the Maydon Service.
1. Information about users that Maydon receives and
processes:
1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, User information means:
1.1.1. Any information that the User provides about themselves independently during
registration in the Maydon Service or in the process of using the Maydon Service, including
the User's personal data transmitted during the execution of any agreements between
Maydon and the User.
1.1.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to Maydon during the use of the Maydon Service
via software installed on the User's device, including IP address, information from cookies
(text files stored in the User's browser), information about the User's browser (or other
program used to access the Maydon Service), access time, and the address of the
requested page.
1.1.2.1. When using the Maydon Service, the following anonymized statistical data about the
User is automatically collected (from cookies), including:
date and time of the action;
page URL;
Referer;
IP (without the ability to work with IP addresses in statistics);
User-Agent;
ClientID (browser identifier by cookie file);
screen resolution;
HTML element class that is clicked;
search queries;
all details regarding the provision of services, including enabled/disabled features;
error reports with detailed information about devices, model, manufacturer, etc.;
data on form submissions/requests in the Maydon service, including errors during
their completion.
1.1.2.2. By using any service provided by Maydon, the User agrees that Maydon may use
statistical data and cookie files for subsequent processing by systems and may transfer
them to third parties for research, work, or service provision for Maydon. The User can
manage cookies by changing browser settings on their device. Changes that block cookies
may result in some components of the Maydon Service becoming unavailable.
1.1.3. Maydon may receive publicly available information when the User uses third-party
resources (e.g., chats/forms/social networks). This data may include information the User
publishes, including comments or reviews about the Maydon Service. Maydon uses such
information to improve customer service quality.
1.1.4. Maydon may also process certain data (e.g., IP address, user device identifier) to
identify and/or prevent conditions that facilitate actions using the Maydon Service that violate
legal requirements and this Policy.
1.1.5. Maydon may receive information about the User from its contractors and/or Partners.
2. Purposes of collecting and processing clients' personal
information
2.1. Maydon collects and stores only the information necessary to provide the Maydon
Service or fulfill the license agreement-offer with the User, except when the law requires
mandatory collection and storage of certain personal information. Personal information is
stored no longer than necessary for processing purposes unless a longer period is
established by the laws of Uzbekistan or the Policy on the use of the Maydon Service by the
User.
2.2. Maydon may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Fulfillment of agreements with Maydon, as well as agreements concluded with
Maydon's contractors, including for identification/simplified identification of the User,
providing the User with access to all available Maydon services;
2.2.2. Communications. Contacting the User, including sending notifications, requests, and
information regarding the use of the Maydon Service/provision of Maydon services, as well
as processing requests and applications from the User, including subsequent transfer of
such requests and applications to Maydon's contractors for execution;
2.2.3. Improving the quality of the Maydon Service, its usability, developing new Maydon
Services, offering the User personalized Maydon Services;
2.2.4. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
2.2.5. Conducting marketing campaigns for Clients, including distributing offers to participate
in promotions initiated by Maydon together with Partners/contractors and receiving
prizes/rewards provided by the promotion; distributing advertising and informational
materials via communication networks, including by telephone, fax, mobile communication,
or direct contact; targeting advertising materials and other information brought to Clients'
attention.
2.2.6. Preventing conditions that facilitate actions using the Maydon Service that violate legal
requirements or the Policy.
3. Conditions for processing User's personal information and its
transfer to third parties
3.1. Maydon processes User information in accordance with this Policy, the terms of specific
services, and Maydon's internal regulations.
3.2. User information is kept confidential.
3.3. Maydon may transfer User information to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1. The User has given their consent to such actions;
3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the use of the Maydon Service or a partner's service,
including for the execution of the User's instructions.
In particular, personal information may be transferred to the following categories of third
parties:
3.3.2.1. Payment organizations involved in payments for services when using the Maydon
Service. For example, to ensure the proper level of online payment security, Maydon may
transfer information required by payment system security protocols to acquiring/issuing
banks, payment systems.
3.3.2.2. Marketing partners and other Maydon contractors.
(a) Maydon may provide access to certain data (e.g., statistics) for marketing and other
research, as well as to other data enabling the delivery of advertising to the User, including
from third-party organizations, which is relevant and may be of interest to the Client;
(b) Maydon may provide access to certain data about the User's transactions, which serve
as the basis for a Maydon partner to determine the possibility of providing discounts
(bonuses), rewards for fulfilling certain conditions set by the Maydon partner;
(c) Maydon may provide access to the User's email address, enabling the Maydon partner to
deliver a fiscal or other document required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
(d) When using services and products provided by Maydon partners, information about the
User may be provided to such persons to the extent and for the purposes necessary for the
proper provision of services to the User or to enhance their usability, for example, to pre-fill
registration forms, speeding up the registration process in services provided by Maydon
partners.
3.3.2.3. Partners providing data storage.
3.3.2.4. Partners involved in preventing conditions that facilitate actions using Maydon
services that violate legal requirements or the Policy.
3.3.3. Public information. The Maydon Service may have forums and/or chats in any social
network and channel where Users can exchange ideas and communicate. By posting a
message on a forum or in a chat area, the User should be aware that such information will
be publicly available online and such posting is done at the User's own risk.
3.3.4. Change of control. Transfer occurs as part of a sale or other transfer of business (in
whole or in part), with the acquirer assuming all obligations to comply with the terms of this
Policy regarding the received personal information;
3.3.5. Transfer is provided for by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with
the established procedure;
3.4. Maydon may transfer the User's personal information to third parties to ensure the
possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of Maydon or third parties if
Maydon has sufficient grounds to believe that the User is violating the terms of the
applicable Policy with Maydon and/or the requirements of applicable law.
3.5. When using the services and products of LLC "Maydon Tech" and/or its affiliates, the
User's information may be transferred for processing under the terms and for the purposes
defined in this Policy. For the purposes of this clause, the User's personal information
includes data on transactions using the Maydon Service carried out with the participation of
LLC "Maydon Tech" software.
3.6. When processing Users' personal data, Maydon is guided by the Law of Uzbekistan "On
Personal Data" and other regulations governing relations in the field of personal data
security.
3.7. Disclosure of anonymous data. Maydon may disclose anonymous data to partners (i.e.,
data that does not directly or indirectly reveal the User's identity), as well as aggregated data
(data about groups and categories of Clients). Maydon may allow partners to collect
anonymous and aggregated data as part of providing Users with the ability to use certain
features of the Services, which may subsequently be transferred to Maydon.
4. Changing and deleting personal information by the User, as
well as access to it
4.1. Within the Maydon Service, the User may be provided with the functional ability to
change (update, supplement) or delete the provided information or part of it. Withdrawal of
consent to the processing of personal data must be made in writing and sent by email to
info@maydongroup.com.
4.1.1. To the extent established by applicable law, Maydon notifies each recipient to whom
personal information was disclosed about its change or destruction, except when this is
impossible or requires disproportionate effort.
4.2. According to legal requirements, Maydon may be obliged to process/store personal
information received during the use of Maydon Services. Such processing/storage is carried
out by Maydon in cases, on grounds, and for periods established by law and this Policy.
4.3. Right of access
4.3.1. In accordance with applicable law, the User has the right to access information
received by Maydon, i.e., the right to request information regarding: (a) the purpose of
processing; (b) the category of processed data; (c) categories of recipients to whom the
User's personal data has been or will be transferred; (d) the storage period or criteria for its
determination, as well as other information.
4.3.1.1. Unless otherwise implemented in the Maydon Service interface, information (a copy)
may be provided by Maydon in writing or by other means of communication.
4.3.1.2. If Maydon has grounds to doubt the identity of the User submitting the request under
clause 4.3.1 of this Policy, the Maydon Service may request additional information necessary
to confirm the User's identity.
4.3.1.3. The request for information (copy) is considered within one month (30 days) from
the date of its receipt by Maydon. Maydon may extend this period by two months (60 days)
considering the complexity and number of requests. Maydon informs the User of such an
extension in any convenient way, indicating the reasons for the extension.
4.3.1.4. If the request is not clearly justified or in case of an excessive number of requests,
Maydon may charge a reasonable fee for fulfilling the request (considering administrative
costs) or refuse to fulfill it. Maydon also cannot provide the User with information about them
published as provided in clause 3.3.3 of the Policy.
4.3.1.5. The User may independently transfer information received from Maydon as provided
in this section to another service.
4.4. Right to object
4.4.1. To the extent established by applicable law, the User may withdraw any consent
previously given or submit objections on legal grounds to the processing of their personal
information. In some situations, withdrawal of consent will mean that the User will not be
able to use Maydon Services.
4.4.2. In accordance with applicable law, the User has the right to file a complaint with the
supervisory authority.
5. Measures taken to protect clients' personal information
5.1. Maydon takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect
the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification,
blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
5.2. Maydon protects and processes the User's personal data in accordance with the Law of
Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and other regulations governing relations in the field of
personal data security.
5.3. When processing personal data, Maydon ensures their security and takes necessary
organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental
access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination of personal data, as well
as from other unlawful actions, by establishing a confidentiality regime for such data and
monitoring its compliance, as well as by implementing additional protection measures that
meet the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, standards, and
Maydon's internal organizational and administrative documents.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable law.
6.1. Maydon may propose to the User to change and/or supplement this Policy by publishing
the Policy in a new edition. The User's acceptance of such a proposal is considered as
conclusive actions by using any of the Maydon Services under the new terms.
6.2. This Policy and the relationship between the User and Maydon are governed by the
laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and regulations governing relations in the field of
personal data security.
7. Interaction with Users on personal information processing
issues
